Workouts in the water provide natural resistance for firming, toning, and strengthening the body. Water Aerobics is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are held at the Maryville Aquatic Center.
Water Aerobics- Tuesdays/Thurdays, 7pm
Work on your aerobic endurance and resistance training in the lap lane area of the pool.
Session 1: May 28th - July 2nd
Session 2: July 9th - August 8th
$35/Session or $60 for both sessions
Advanced Deep Water Aerobics- Wednesdays only, 7pm
Taking place in the deep end of the pool, this high intensity class is sure to give you the endurance workout you've been looking for!
