Parks & Recreation Board

Maryville Parks and Recreation is quasi-independent with a nine-volunteer appointed group of citizens by the Parks & Recreation Director with approval of City Council. The board is responsible to oversee the maintenance, expansion, use, and protection of the parks and recreational facilities, as well as, enhance the natural beauty of the city and provide enjoyment, health and general welfare to its residents.

The Parks & Recreation Board meets in regular session on the third Monday of the month. Meetings are held at 5:15 pm in the Maryville Community Center North Meeting Room.
