Maryville Parks & Recreation has many spaces available for rent including meeting rooms, baseball fields, volleyball and basketball courts, park shelters, and more. See below to view rental options.

MCC Rentals

Meeting Rooms:
South meeting room: $30/hour MAX: $150/day​
Large meeting room: $45/hour MAX: $240/day​
North meeting room: $45/hour MAX: $240/day​
(North meeting room is for business meetings only, no birthday parties, bridal showers, etc.)

$35/hour per court
$85/hour for all three courts

MAC Private Rentals
The pool is a great place to hold any special occasion. Rent the pool 7:00pm - 8:00pm, or 7:00pm - 9:00pm, Friday - Sunday for an exclusive private party. To coordinate your special event send an email to Kristy at kmclain@maryvillemo.gov​

​Baseball/Softball Fields
In addition to Maryville Parks and Recreation utilizing Donaldson West Side Park and Beal Park fields for Youth and Adult Leagues as well as special events, it is also home to ASA Tournaments.

$20/hour for practices (No Chalking)
$130/field for 1 - 2 games (One time prep)
$150/field for 3+ games (One time prep)
$200 all day tournament (One time prep)
$300 per field (multiple day event with prep each day)

If lights are needed for practices, it will be an extra $30/hour per field*
*tournament rentals: lights are included for all day tournaments

Sand Volleyball Courts
Having three sand volleyball courts makes room for multiple games at the same time and perfect for tournaments, family events, or friends gathering.

$15/hour per court
$125/day for all three courts

Park Shelters
$40 per day. Park Shelters can be reserved online.​

​Donaldson West Side Park Amphitheater
The Donaldson West Side Park amphitheater is available to rent for just $350/day!
​
To reserve the amphitheater, visit us in person at the Maryville Community Center, call 660.562.2923, or email mrockwood@maryvillemo.gov.

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be required. The deposit will double if there is alcohol. A one million dollar liability insurance certificate naming MPR as co-insured would also be required.
If alcohol is being served, it must be served by an entity with a liquor license. The catering license from the entity serving alcohol must be provided to MPR 15 days prior to event. A liquor catering permit application must be acquired from the City of Maryville and any additional documentation required per the permit must be approved and copies sent to Maryville Parks and Recreation. ​
