Hi, I’m Chelsea!
My husband and I live west of Maryville where we farm and raise cattle. We have three kids, Jack, Chanleigh, and Ellie who keep us very busy. I am a Stay-at-Home Mom, personal trainer, and boutique owner.
I enjoy being outside, riding my horse, gardening + canning, cooking, shopping + antiquing, decorating the house, doing DIY projects with my husband, and staying active, whether that be in a gym, out on the farm, or chasing kids!
Growing up, I was always active and involved in sports. I started weight lifting in 7th grade (when it was offered to me) and fell in love with it. I loved the competition and it all came natural to me. I have been a NETA Certified Personal Trainer since 2017 and have taken multiple specialty certification workshops including Youth Fitness, Nutrition Coach, Small Group Training: Tread-N-Shred, 101 Ways To Bootcamp, Medicine Ball Power, Glutes Core and More, and Get Rock Solid. In addition to training, I have taught various fitness classes and have done many health and fitness challenges with my clients and members of the community. I am infant/child/adult CPR/AED certified.
At every life stage - infancy, toddlerhood, adolescence, childhood, pregnancy, lactation, and older adulthood - it’s never too early or too late to begin a healthier lifestyle. I would love to be a part of you or your kids health and fitness journey!
I am a Registered Nurse, CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor . I have 40+ years of nursing experience and 30+ years teaching fitness classes. I enjoy traveling, films, reading, swimming, wine and spending time with my family; my husband; 2 boys; daughter in law; and my two grand daughters.
