Buddy up! Session Packages are cheaper when you split the package with friends! 

You must have a full access Maryville Community Center membership in order to purchase a personal training package. (Not just a track pass) 

Personal training packages: 

  • 2 Session Single person    $30

  • 10 Session Single person $130

  • 20 Session single person $250

  • 10 session Partner Training (both partners must purchase) $70

  • 20 session Partner Training (both partners must purchase) $135

Nutrition Counseling (with Regan T. only) 

Whether your goal is to achieve peak performance, alter your body composition, or manage your weight, learning how to properly fuel your body can help you reach your goals in a healthy way. 

Services: Nutrition assessment, sports nutrition, weight management, family nutrition

  • 1 session $30

  • 2 sessions $50

  • 3 sessions $75

  • 5 sessions $120

Regan Thompson

Regan graduated from Northwest in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and again in 2020 with her master’s degree in exercise science. She has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2020 in addition to being CPR/AED certified. She is currently working as a dietitian and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals while developing healthy, long lasting habits.​Regan also offers nutrition counseling through the Maryville Community Center. Hi, I’m Alex. I am a small business owner who is getting married at the end of January! I’m a former collegiate baseball player for Benedictine College and Northwest Missouri State University. My fitness journey began after my college baseball days. My fitness journey has taught me how to overcome adversity, self-doubt, and personal anxiety. I want to help make that difference in your life! My specialty areas are strength training, core strength, cardiovascular training, and weight management.
