Joe Handlos I am a retired educator who has worked with clients for the past 9 years. I have completed re-certification courses in corrective exercise, senior fitness, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. My fitness journey began in high school when I competed in sports and continued I college when I earned a degree in PE and competed in powerlifting. As an educator, coach, & administrator, I’ve learned how challenging it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle in today’s world. In retirement, I chose to become a personal trainer so I can instruct other (and myself) on how to exercise in a safe progression toward their wellness goals and enable them to have the best quality of life possible. I will work with anyone, but have a preference toward working with seniors, beginners, or those coming off an injury wanting to pursue a more active lifestyle.
